IPO subscription terms

This page only says what the words mean.

Subscription (청약): You apply to a broker for shares in the offering.
Deposit (증거금): Money you set aside when you apply. What is not allotted comes back.
Equal allocation (균등): Applicants each get the same quantity.
Pro rata (비례): Shares are split in proportion to the deposit.
Lead underwriter (주관사): The broker that runs the offering. You apply through its account.
Payment date: The day you pay for the shares you were allotted.
Refund date: The day the unallotted deposit returns. We read it only from the filing text.
Amendment (기재정정): A filing that corrects a registration statement already filed.
Final terms (발행조건확정): A filing sent again once terms such as the price are set.
SPAC: A company formed to merge with another company.
